I proudly became the English Junior Surf Team Manager & Coach in 2015, leading a team of 12 of the UK's best young surfers to California, Azores, Portugal & Japan for the ISA World Surfing Championships. In what is considered the most prestigious junior surf competition globally, I led the team to 11th, the best result Britain has had in a long time! I have taught for many surf schools across Europe and Africa, learning from the challenges of teaching in different languages and cultures. Despite the luxuries of travel I am never happier than at home in Cornwall, where since taking co-ownership in 2013, I have seen Global Boarders go from strength to strength. I take great pride in my coaching delivery, and enjoy watching students of all ages smile, laugh, stand-up and wipeout their way to achieve personal goals.
